Is online therapy as effective as in-person?
Research consistently shows it is. Online therapy produces the same outcomes as face to face therapy for anxiety, overthinking, and burnout. The format is different. The results are not.
Why it works, especially if you overthink?
If your brain is already busy, adding a commute, a waiting room, and an unfamiliar space into the mix is just more noise. Online therapy removes all of that. You show up from somewhere familiar, somewhere private, and that actually makes it easier to be honest and go deeper.
What do sessions involve ?
50 minutes, once a week, built around you. We talk, we unpick patterns, and you leave with something practical to take into your week. Everything is grounded in CBT and Compassion Focused Therapy, two of the most researched approaches for anxiety, imposter syndrome, and overthinking. This is not surface level. It is structured work that builds over time.
