Everything I do is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), exploring how your thoughts, beliefs, and habits shape the way you feel and act. I work integratively, blending this with Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to help you respond to yourself with kindness, build resilience, and strengthen confidence. Together these approaches create something that is not just effective but genuinely felt.

Therapy with me is active and practical. Sometimes that means unpicking the anxiety that hums constantly in the background. We slow down and look underneath. Where did this pattern begin? What's triggering it now and what's kept it going? This isn't just talking. It's building an honest map of you. Understanding the roots of something changes your relationship with it, and that's where real change begins.

SESSIONS 4 AND ONWARDS

Active work, new tools and new ways of thinking

This is the heart of it. We apply evidence-based techniques to shift unhelpful patterns, challenge the thinking that keeps you stuck, and build new ways of responding. We move at your pace and we keep going until you feel genuinely confident. Not just managing, but ready for life beyond therapy.

FINAL SESSION

Your blueprint and a plan for life after therapy

We close with intention, building your personal roadmap—a plan for sustaining progress, your self-care strategy, and steps for handling difficult moments. You’ll also leave knowing how to continue your self-work and maintain your well-being over time.
